No Worries Weddings & Events is owned and managed by Kelly Werder and Paige Simpson, both experienced wedding professionals with hundreds of weddings in their repertoire. They are dedicated to making sure you have a worry-free wedding. See their individual biographies below.
About Kelly Werder
Kelly Haglund Werder, Esq. Photo by Avant Garde ImagesWith a background in law and business, owner Kelly Haglund Werder brings a unique combination of skills to the world of wedding consulting. Whether it's negotiating contracts with vendors or preparing a wedding budget, you'll find Kelly's background truly beneficial to your event. A graduate of Suffolk Law School in Boston, Kelly completed her MBA in the Fall of 2006.
"I have always loved event planning, which has been a part of various positions I’ve held over the years including work as an event manager at a non-profit back in Boston, and stints in the service industry over the years as a server, bartender and banquet captain. I’ve been involved with over a hundred events in various capacities over the last fifteen years and as I finish up my business education, I am finally taking the leap to start my own venture."
Kelly has served on the Board of Directors for the Naples Chapter of the National Association of Wedding Professionals since 2007. In 2010, Kelly was sworn in as President of the Naples Chapter and now serves as Chairman of the Board and the National Conference Chair. Kelly is a past receipient of both the Leadership Award and Member of the Year Award from the Naples Chapter of NAWP.
Kelly recently launched WedBiz Media and its two digital publications, WED and WedBiz Journal. Kelly is also a member of the faculty of Axia College, currently teaching Food and Beverage Management, and American Military University as a member of the Business Department Faculty.

About Paige Simpson
Paige SimpsonPaige Simpson comes to No Worries Weddings from the Hilton Naples where she served as the Special Events Manager. She has 15 years of combined experience with Marriott and Hyatt Hotels and recently spent three years as the Director of Catering for the Naples Beach Club. She began her hospitality career in 1990 at Purdue University with a degree in Hotel Management and has gone on to achieve the titles of Certified Wedding Professional, Associated Bride Consultant, and Certified Meeting Planner (CMP).
Utilizing her extensive knowledge of area vendors, Paige has coordinated well over 200 weddings in the last 3 years alone. She loves the process of getting to know each bride and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing each wedding from beginning to end. Above all, she is dedicated to producing a first-rate experience for her customers.
Paige currently serves as 2nd Vice President for the Naples Chapter of the National Association of Wedding Professionals (NAWP), and also served on the Board of the Wedding and Party Professionals of Naples. In 2010, Paige received the Leadership Award from the Naples Chapter of NAWP.
